I think the reason the two games are so similar, if you haven't heard this yet, which I'm sure you have, Haunting Ground was originally going to be "Clocktower 4" but they decided to make a few changes, one of them being the name, "Demento" and another being the theme, moving away from the excorsism and towards a more alchemic and steam punk idea.

Kingdom hearts does have a terrible combat system & over the top characters. The only good thing, is if you are a disney fan like myself, you really love going to favourite disney locations.

And what kind of logic does this female operate on... D=< English females are not that silly!

the only rpg i've stuck with is shadow hearts. it has a very good combat system and the characters aren't overly irritating bar a couple of whiney voice attresses.

neugh, the disney characters are why i hate it. I thought the series lacked originality because of it and henceforth I got bored of it extremely quickly.
