This perhaps the best feature that WaW got it right. I really portrays the violence of the war. In WWII most soldiers fought with high caliber, fullpowered rifles and machineguns. A 8mm mauser, a .303 (Lee enfield, BREN), a 7.62x54mmR (mosin nagant, DP 28), a 30-06 or even a 6.5mm arisaka are serious shit, let alone a .50 cal or one of the russian 14.5mm PTRS anti-tank rifle.
