the way i did the culex fight was with mallow,mario and peach and the fight lasted so long that the yellow crystal and culex ran out of magic and i didnt use any red essences.

It can't really be that cheap if you think about it. Culex after all IS the hardest boss in the entire game (harder than Smithy if I recall) so a red essence seems like a good thing to use (besides by the time you get to Smithy you'll have become way more powerful that you probably wouldn't need a red essence). And hey, if they have an item that defends you like that in the game they want you to use it for something know what I'm saying?

The way I always make annotations is to use tabs: I have one tab open with all the videos so I can easily copy the link (rightclick, copy url) and paste it into the annotation editing tab.

You may or may not know this, but ctrl-click the edit button in your video list (or anywhere on the web) will open it up in a new tab.

Still a tedious process, but it should be the quickest way.
