Oh, and its some custom private server. Btb buff wont work from SOES if you try to pop it with bandage skill, you have to use noble buff.

There's one more way to pre-frenzy without btb, but it requires good stuff.

Demon set(yes, c grade) and conversion weapon.

Doom hvy set +6(or more = better), +6 or more a grade shield

Foundation Heavy War Axe(b grade blunt) with SA health and +hp augment. This is hardest to get:[

All you do is equip demon + conversion weapon, then equip doom set with health weapon, laungh OTB and you can frenzy =D

u have the risk hast dagger for when u freenzy out of oly num nutz in oly for pre freenzy by using the dagger u are still getting a faster reuse becouse its a dagger witch means more atk fucking learn befoure u talk dip shit

You cant prefrenzy while holding the rsk dagger as you need a health weapon to be in frenzy range, the only advantage would be from having a dagger for over the body. As I said having a rsk haste dagger would have no real effect, but you could pickup any dagger to cut the OTB time a little. My only comment was that rsk haste ONLY helps when your hp is in the risk area, otherwise its just a dagger (WHICH CAN HELP for OTB)
