@nush3000 For beginnes all I can suggest is take your time and learn the maps, check your corners.

As for the guns, M16 is a great choice for accuracy practice as it is a 3 round burst, Famas is also a great choice since you don't want to lose any gunfights because you have a worse gun than your opponent, the MP5, Spectre, AK-74u, MPL and even the SPAS-12 are great guns, it all depens on how you use them.
