uninstall your game and reinstall it.And ifthat dont work and it te audio still not working after you made your custom soundtrack you need to call rockstar for that problem

to run fast tap the sprint key and to put music in your game go to local c then prgrams folder then look for the rockstargames folder then gta 3 and then theres a mp3 folder and drag the music u like in to that folder and it will be in your game
