I found it interesting that Fate, despite being second to Nanoha in power had the much stronger Signum as opponent, while Nanoha fought against Vita.

Nanoha would be at th losing end should she be fighting Signum as she's more of th 'spells' type while Fate would be on par with Signum as she is more of a fighting type :)

Nanoha and Signum have fought each other, but after 20 minutes they stopped and called it a tie.

@LionelMessi1337 who says that Vita is weaker than Vita, and also, Fate expected a fight when she came there, and Nanoha isn't as fast as Fate, Fate was able to dodge most of the attacks, Nanoha is a long range character, so she's at a disadvantage against Vita, and last but not least, Nanoha wanted to understand why Vita was fighting, Fate is more the silent type, why she wasn't beaten up during her speech,

Nanoha is just nice, and doesn't want to hurt others, she doesn't give her all often
