I don't think anyone is filing a copyright violation on this video. Accounts get suspended for other reasons. WNDU sent the video to CNN and MSNBC, as well as every NBC affiliate in the country. It aired many times on both networks. WNDU also encourages uploads like watch?v=UClIdjK6WB4 because it does not violate copyright law. That sure doesn't sounds like hiding to me.

I saw that video and what really happened. The bald officer was about to close the door behind the guy holding the camera and file when he said something to piss the officer off. So instead of closing the door, the officer decided to get some payback. What the officer did was totally unprofessional, but was NOT unprovoked. I could clearly see the 'old man' saying something rude to the officer on his way out.

People have been portraying this as an unprovoked attack, which it wasn't.

The video that is playing right now was deleted twice so far with no explanation given. It does not contain copy-written footage so they don't even bother to give an explanation. They just wait 2 days for it to get off the daily top-rated, then they delete the account (if it happens again, it will be the 3rd time!)

I watched this video, before it was deleted. I saw the man, who was sitting as a representer at the table in the front. The man asked another man a question and the Police Officer came over toward toward the man, and the man was starting to walk out of the room. Before he made it out, the Police Officer started hitting the man in the head repeatedly.

The Police Officer continued beating the man in the face as they went outside. The man was peaceful and calm the whole time.
