Awesome as always Nick. The upper notes were a little muddy at times but the structure of the melody forces the voice into that mid-range chest register, so I'd be guilty of the same thing if I sang the song also. I'm a natural high male alto.

Honestly Nick sounds much better w/ his manly "real" voice. His falsetto is too harsh (like a screaming Michy Mouse). Most guys' falsetto voice is down right atrocious. I prefer Chris Colfer's falsetto because he sounds a lot more "natural" (more like boy soprano), but even Chris can sound screamish when reaching for the upper limit of his vocal range. That's why we don't have many guys singing falsetto these days - they just don't sound good most of the time.

@MeowCatNip For those who think Nick sounds just like Chris Colfer that's because you are not used to hearing guys singing in falsetto. I grew up listening to both men and women singing in falsetto (incl. opera) so I have a good ear for it. Nick sounds like typical deep-voiced male singing in falsetto. Chris sounds more like boy soprano because he has a naturally high speaking voice so that makes him sound more natural and pleasant (but still not as good as a female soprano).
