Regarding the arrangement, the info says that Marco Pierobon himself arranged this particular setting. That said, I could be wrong, but I don't think it'll be widely published to find.

I would love to have a good arrangement of this song, but I'm about to the point of arranging it myself since I can't find a really good version. I would love to have it for trumpet solo or a quintet version.

We make humor also with Verdi in Italy, with our biggest love for his music. The same with Piazzolla, although we're not from Argentina. But our goal is to homage all the composers we play. If it disturbs you, we're sorry, But we will not stop doing what we belive in.
