  • Why is it that Christians are always cleaning up the Hindus mess?

  • @huckool its not about religion..its about education, they dont know about birth control..but even if someone is cleaning up the mess..help them..I have already applied for the volunteer to make a difference

  • @blackazdiamond I was supposed to go to India on Friday from Malaysia, but because I'm not a resident in Malaysia, I couldn't even get a tourist visa for India. I was going with members of my church to assist a Sunday School program. So sad that now Asian governments are oppressing Western tourists from visiting, helping out, and spending money in that country. Good luck in your volunteer work, if they let you in.

  • @huckool oh..iam really sorry to hear dat..but u must understand that they have their own procedures to follow, they maybe declined your visa coz ur a non-residant of your country malaysia. they may feel insecure but you should ask your church members to speak to imgrtn n take you guarantee of return?

  • @blackazdiamond I'm applying for a work visa in Malaysia anyway, but hopefully they'll plan another trip early next year and I can try for an Indian tourist visa then. It was all too short notice for me to get the visa on time, so sadly I wasted £150 on the ticket, which I couldn't get refunded.

  • @blackazdiamond I see you're from New Zealand. Luckily for you, your country allows Visa On Arrival for India (as well as nationals from Japan, Singapore, Finland and Luxembourg), whereas those from UK (15% of India's tourists) don't get this privilege.

  • @huckool New Zealand has a very good relationship with India. and its unfair to allow visa for a good course specially when UK has a lot of contribution towards India. Its a shame but dont lose hope. Iam joining a org. soon, planning of a charity concert, maybe you could do something on your own too?

  • A couple of days back, I came across the website with some statistics of many orphans die everyday worldwide due to hunger and poverty. The facts moved me so much! Read for yourself on food4orphans. org.

We can all help reduce their suffering by donating to organizations that are helping these orphans like food4orphans. (website: food4orphans. org) They feed 250 orphans with every $100 donated. Also they are a 501c3 charity, that means all donations are tax deductible.

  • French people have given a lot of help to 'Snehasadan' which helps street children in Bombay.
