is there any way of really getting a realistic looking skin color, the neon green stuff is so old, and the camo green is also quite common.

you should try this if your not that good at highlighting paint the skin knarloc green or dark angels green then dry brush with scorpian gree or goblin green and then badab black the skin lightly see how it looks works quite well i think
