@implant11 I'm not a dentist but it would appear that the three holes spaced in a triangle are no use for mounting a single screw implant. I did hear a myth about a dentist who had a five axis mini milling machine and a 3D laser scanner. Allegedly rotten teeth could be pulled, scanned Photoshopped and duplicated in titanium within half an hour. The roots were then sandblasted to give a better attachment surface. After this the tooth would be installed. Not on the NHS? Hollywood only?

Would have reduced the amount of bone grafting needed, and would have engaged the perimeter wall of the osteotomy, with the 8, or 9MM diameter of the MAX. The MAX is a great option for immediate placement in posterior extraction sites.

@AdamShumpisxXx uhm i dont think that this is it. i think this screw metal thing heals off and then you place a ceramic veneer on top of it that fits it perfectly. i dont think ANYONE would agree on leavin it the way it is, cuz yeah then itd be uneffective. my brother got an implant and he had to wait as well for the gums to heal off.

My dentist used lidocaine gel to number my gums out then gave me two injections and just yanked it out... the pain u get is not at the dentist its after u leave lol for two days i was in pain, u gotta keep BATHING the area where ur tooth was removed with saltwater to prevent infection...
