Here is what Capcom's Seth Killian has to say about it:

Seth: I wish I had some exciting news, but as far as the west is concerned, the anime seems to be in limbo. :(

We're very aware fans would really like to see it, and it's quite good too. Bleh. Will update everyone immediately should I get any good news about this being available outside of Asia.

actually jakeezy24, everyone was holdin up pretty good against Juri. its just dat Chun-Li only got kicked in her stomach and Cammy had held bak cuz Juri but Juni up as a guard in front of Cammy's punch but Cammy neva got hit. She was blockin when Juri was kickin. as for Guile, he matched Juri blow for blow. but how did Juri defeat ALL of the Shadaloo Dolls? and where is Bison or Blarog or Sagat or Vega? arent dey supposed 2 b der? ya kno, dis show become a movie. who knows, it juss might be.

i cant eitha and also, C. Viper is nothin witout her "technology". she just like captain commando. i think datz who she's based off of cuz they use the same techniques. the fire kicks, the lightning hands. but C.Viper can fly. last time i checked, captain commando couldnt but hes still a good character and could still whoop Vipers ass anyday. Cammy couldve kicked C.Vipers butt if she wanted too but she wasent aware of the tech that Viper had. also, the only reason Cammy lost wuz V b shocked her

Abel is the main Character in Street Fighter 4. Capcom had a big story for him and seth, but it was to big to put in, so they made it short and said he couldn't remember anything. In Super, its focusing on Juri, since she is then main Character in Super Street Figter 4. It will be revealed soon when the game is released on April 27th
