I'm from Hartford High School and i was curious if i could get permission to use your video of Route 4 on our class web pages to show the damage done to Vermont roads.
I live only 30 miles from here just passed Rutland we got flooding esp the basement but wow this is mother nature showing just how powerful water can be! It will take a long time to repair all this and a lot of funds.
Wow, I had no idea it was this bad. I went to school along this route for 12 years. I am incredibly grateful that my sister and her family are safe. My condolences to the Garafanos.
crazy thing is before the storm you couldnt really tell there was a river there
