  • where is this

  • Where are those idiots who say that anything requiring acrobatic and athletic ability is wushu and not real gung fu?

  • Comment removed

  • You meant gOng fu, right ?!:) And what, wushu doesn't requires real gong fu, or what ?!:)

  • brutal methods, i *will* enjoy combining this with mantis/southern gung fu

  • if i practiced this at home my neighbors downstairs would kill me

  • ha ha your funny....at first I did not get it but now I do....hehe

  • first 2 min are the most exciting

  • lol omg because i read ur comment, i didn't skip the first 2 min...

  • the girl in pink owns hard...

  • cool vid i...guess they kick the ground to kick dust in the opponents face...welly sneaking!

  • Im not really sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying you were in hotel security?

  • In this style, those high rev. "kicks" are not really for kicking, it is to develop the sweep, have you ever seen a Shuai Jiao type throw? It is devastating and uses that leg. In other systems it is a kick, and I too have used it. :-)

  • AMAZING!!

A real treasure thank you for sharing.

  • very interesting, thanks for sharing and

    success in Your practice,

    der Horst

  • very awsome style but the feet i think will be a problem when you get old....it seems like youput too mcuh press on feet thing...

  • not much of a prob if you practice your qi gong regularly

  • Awesome post - checkout the headbutts and arm breaks.. this is honest traditional kung fu at its best. Multiple simultaneous strikes (incl feet) and defense - it doesnt get any better than this :-)

  • These kids training is O.K!!!

  • best best best!

  • would this fight happen to be on youtube? im interested in seeing it.

  • Wo hen xihuan nimen de kungfu, hen you yisi. hen hao!

  • I'm sure John Cleese would be pretty impressed by these silly walks.

  • very good!!!!

  • impressive work =)

  • Many thanks for posting this video. Love the demo of training for power from the legs. This training would also build up their leg bone density among other things. If you got a kick/stamp in the leg from one of these folks you'd be seriously damaged!! I can use my imagination for possible applications...

  • Yeah, I agree on the part that we need to see some applications of the forms if we're ever to know what its really capable of...

  • good kung fu.are there any applications to that method?

  • Very interesting.. Its from Hebei, When they do the walking punches they sweep there feet sorta like the Bajiquan foot sweeps that they do.. also the punches look similar to baji, also, Has alot of hand and arm movements like pigua.. Very interesting ...

  • This is fucking good gongfu! Good basics, which is what gongfu needs nowadays - "sifu" Glen Bullock take note - in a seemingly traditional style. Wow.

  • awesome

  • This entire series is outstanding. Great fundamentals. I can picture these people training day and night on their basic moves. Solid and powerful kung fu is hard to find these days.

  • Great!! This style is awesome. Does any one know more about it?

  • when was this footage taken?

  • A very good introduction to the traditional training of chinese Chuojiao Fanzi. A very interesting branch!

  • no ofense or anything but i watched it all the way through and it is pretty boring

  • ur an idiot

  • why am i?

  • Cuz the video's OK.

  • because assuming ur a martial artist u should find it interesting the methods they are using and the power they r generating
