  • Hoy en día, "low budget" es un buen catch y marketing, pero no necesariamente una buena película.

  • good on you m8. it looks great and it cost 45 pounds 2 make. just amatter of time before you make it best of luck. if you need any spares give me a text

  • So what if t he guy made it for 45 pounds?.doesent prove anything until we see its a well written/acted film.

  • I can't wait for this film. Im expecting it to be better than Shaun of the dead :D

  • lol Shaun of the dead is cool =)

  • Gonzo filmaking at its finest! I'm looking forward to seeing this.

  • cant wait to see the whole film bravo on only spending £45, it just goes to show its the actors wages not the content that hike up the costs..

  • Not only actors wages but special and visual effects artists, set designer, dressers and carpenters, photographers, costume designers, gaffers and so much more. But i agree. You can make a great movie with no money at all. If you have people that know what they are doing and can "sacrifice" their time. The new digital camera technology and post production software makes the cost for high quality productions extremely low

  • GRÊMIO ♫

  • Apart from the NOTLD scene where Johnny invades the house at the end and takes his sister out, this Colin scene here is da bomb---this poor girl trying to get Colin to remember---and she even brought photos. Like I said before: if this movie was really made for $70 then Hollywood is in big trouble, the days of million dollar movie salaries and subsequent movie bombs are over. How come Lionsgate did not snap this one up the moment the word was out? Bravo, can't wait to see the entire movie.

  • i don't know about the $70 budget, i mean lighting (really cheap lighting) is about $350 - just to light a small room and fuck me the audio is clean for a small video camera

  • Well you can do alot with a couple of clamp lights and you can buy a cheap quite good external microphone for $10 and it's not unusual to have that at home either. I'm guessing the sound is recording individually for every single thing and a lot of ADR is used.

  • the $70 budget was spent merely on feeding the cast and crew and a crowbar, according to a newspaper interview, everything else was borrowed from contacts and friends that the director/producer had

  • @pur4forlyphe It was $70.

  • @pur4forlyphe u could use any lights from the house

  • The film looks low budget - there is no mistaking that - but it's edited well, has some clever practical effects and overall is put together with skill. Thats the most important thing. Its easy to get caught up with counting budgets etc but the things that are truly important in films are aspects that money and technology cannot give you... Good writing, editing, directing, creativity, a musical score that serves the film, imaginative special effects etc. :)

  • @chillibumdeath But they didn't even have THAT. The movie sucks, even for such a low budget. All the entire movie is is people running around, screaming, and shootign and stabbing eachother. That isn't a zombie movie, that's friggan Detroit.

  • I am a total Zombie fan, and this looks better then the newer George Romero movies. I want to know how they only spent 70.00? Can I be in the next one?

  • Great stuff, looking forward to seeing the film again soon!

    P.S. it's dirgey on Ruthless' account. :)
