America was founded as a Calvinist Republic (Presbyterian Constitution), the reason they can take your children without due process is because Protestant America has been usurped by the Jesuits of Rome. Similar to the Inquisition when accused never knew their accuser. If you support the Constitution then MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH WANTS YOU DEAD (this isn't my opinion, this is fact based on the 16th century Council of Trent and Jesuit Oath).

Sounds to me like you need a good lawyer instead of a public defender. I know you said that you can't afford one,but don't let that deter you. Alot of law firms do so many cases a year pro-bono, they write them off on their taxes every year. They don't advertise for it, so your going to have to approach them yourself. Now, I don't know what can be done now since Amanda signed that paper. But she was definitely coerced into signing it. So you might have a chance. God bless & good luck to you

Charles, what you are going through is extremely disturbing. We like to believe that this type of tyranny really cannot happen in this great country of ours, and it is very disheartening when we see good people, such as yourself, getting screwed with a total disregard for the rule of law. I believe you are innocent. Please don't give up fighting. What can we do to help?

@danacb1 What you can do is spread the word and remain silent no more. This is happening all over the place. Look up the work of Sen. Nancy Schaefer and Bill Bowen. They are now both dead!!! Nancy Schaefer was to present a comprehensive document to Congress about CPS and Bill was to release his documentary, Innocence Destroyed about CPS. Both were to expose the innards of CPS. Search YouTube for these two names, what you will see is more shocking than the situation with Charles which is bad!

@ALVHUN I'm just now watching these videos and learning the whole story about what's happened w/Charles Dyer because he was arrested today and is being held in custody. As soon as I started hearing him talk about the corruption of DHS/CPS I thought of the situation w/Nancy Schaefer and the major corruption there. Their deaths were ruled as suicides...yeah right. They just so happen to kill themselves right as they are getting reading to expose CPS.

2... There are things that go beyond OK, beyond Alex J. Things that many of those in the law departments there likely belong, possibly even your attorney. Your name in all caps is Capitus Diminutio Maxima, it is a corporation and false person. If you are asked, are you this PERSON and you say yes, you relinquish all rights as a free human being. The reverse is true for corporations, they are considered a "person." Fight your fight, but check into if there is time. Head down, chin up!

We are owned indeed. Regis, from register, is "a gift to the king." You always SUBMIT with a form. The number on the BOND paper that is your birth certificate can be looked up on the market and has a value and someone owns it (you) and makes money on it. The state owns our children when we sign their certificate. The system is more screwed than you can possibly imagine and it started thousands of years ago with religions that are not dead and gone...

It should be NO surprise to the people that when you go to court you are fighting a losing battle!

Seriously, charges are brought against you via the sate = who works for the state?

- The police who arrest you

- The prosecutor who brings the charges against you

- The judge who hears/rules the case against you

Then, there is the attorney who is appointed by the court to represent you...

ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE = WHO IS AGAINST YOU!!!

Honestly.... i just died a little inside. I can only imagine how numb you must feel and betrayed. However i feel helpless. I as an adolescent feel so much patriotism towards this country and the constitution on which it was founded on but feel as if i can do nothing to save this country from tyrants. Please know that i will be praying for your families happiness and for that tyrant judges happiness, because no matter how cruel of a joke this is. He needs to question what value his life is worth.

So true what you said about what constitutes a family; besides, there's been some indications suggesting that marriage licenses and birth certificates actually give the State OWNERSHIP over parents and their children. Hopefully, it won't amount to anything, but if it's right, then a lot of bad things would make sense, wouldn't it?
