@xm9rg3x He probebly did I would but I woulden,t put it straight in the fridge from the oven because that could mee up your fridge I would let it cool a bit then put it in the fridge to let it get really cold.I woulden,t put it in the fridge with the sugar on top as that would mess it up.
Interesting he didnt use a bain marie. I like the fact he uses less eggs than some other recipes (usually 1 egg for every 100ml of creme)
