  • bad it the days when music meant something.

  • Sounds like shit <3

  • @Quirkification AND UR A NIRVANA FAN? the sound quality is bad, theres a video with better quality

  • @PivotMakeranimations you were never into punk or real grunge were you? it is suppose to sound like shit. minus the videos poor quality you can tell it isn't very clearly played.

And ur a nirvana fan? what is is suppose to sound polished, you do know Kurt HATED how produced Nevermind was, don't you?

  • @Quirkification so i need to hate everything kurt hated?

  • @PivotMakeranimations no... but the point of this, punk and grung are suppose to sound like shit. Negative Creep isn't on nevermind... what are you like fifteen?

  • austrians so lucky (few) to be at this concert

  • very energenic song, thanks nirvana. ..!

    \m/\m/

  • I watch this whole concert once a month. IMO this is the best Nirvana

  • its much more fast pase then other versions

bleach era was better then any other

  • OH FUCK!! THIS SONG MAKES ME SCRACTH EVERYTHING!!!

  • cool title

  • that's fucking raw man

  • where did you get this?!?! :D

  • Eternal

  • I'm surprised Kurt's lungs didn't turn inside out on this one.

  • who was drumming?

  • @JumpInTheFire83

    Chad Channing

  • @JumpInTheFire83 i aint sure as i cant get a clear vision but i think its Chad Channing

  • yah, jump on my bed

  • who gives a thumb down is rxxxxxxd

    kurt is my hero

  • Why hello there,

If you like Rockn' Roll thats based on catchy guitar riffs, than you are in luck. I have composed a piece of music that consists of all the classic rock riffs that you know and love titled SYMPHONY OF THE GUITAR RIFF. Yeah, it has all your favorite moments in Rock history played back to back in one giant Riff Extravaganza. Come over to my channel and see what i mean.

    Thanks!

  • Wow, i fucking love the energy that kurt had !!!

  • wtf !!! simply great. no words !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ruvidi grezzi e rabbiosi come nessuno.. MAI

  • i love kurt's hair in this era, he was so bohemian! it's a shame there aren't people like him left in the world... almost all of them have dissapeared with the XXI century :(

  • Waaaas??? de woan in Linz???

    Scheisse!!!!wenn i des gwusst hät

  • Cool

  • The audio is just bad!! Sorry, but it is

  • This is just grunge!! Sorry, but it is

  • Don't be a douche. This IS NOT grunge. "Grunge" is something the media made up. Punk Rock is what Nirvana lived by.

    Sorry but it is.

  • okay.

you are right^^ but, i love it

  • What do things mean if we don't give meaning to them? 'Punk Rock' was a term coined by the media to describe the Sex Pistols, for example. Grunge was/is a kind of branch of Punk Rock, if you like. As in, it takes aspects of Punk (simple rhythms, power chords, distortion etc) and adds its own unique elements to it (self-deprecating lyrics, grimey-sounding vocals and guitar etc). Also I personally love the audio - its shit, but its loud and 'rocky'... or 'grungey', if you will...

  • @madeyes4u What do you want? It was 20 years ago!

  • Thank you very much for this video LOVE IT!!!! Stil mis Nirvana stil mis Kurt Cobain!!!!!

  • check out "bluevoidmedway" on myspace, there really cool and take massive influence from Nirvana

  • TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!

  • h-awesome

    long live Kurdt Cobain!

  • the face behind, i think it's from the guy from David Lynch's Eraserhead... or maybe it's Orson Welles face. haha

  • the face behind kurt is buzz osbourne, the singer of the Melvins=)

  • how many amps are at this specific show? kurts amps i mean

  • 1 of them

  • a fender twin reverd and a marshall cab, don't know what the head is though.

  • That's an Ampeg V4 head. Probably borrowed from Tad.

  • ah i see. Ampegs are pretty damn good, especially as bass amps.

  • Definitely. Their guitar amps are something else, as well. I have a friend that used an old 70s ampeg bass head with a 2X15 bass cab and 4X12 guitar cab in tandem. One of the best guitar sounds I've heard.

  • ah sweet! a vintage one. I have a '80 kustom lead III solid state head driving a '68 Sunn cab that i got from a guy just out side of Seattle. He had Sunn Sonaro head that i wanted too but it was out of my price range he sold to someone else.

in anycase it is an amazing halfstack. the kustom is just there until i can get a better head but its isnt terrible.

  • Sweet! I have a Fender Deluxe Reverb. I want to move up to a stack, but all my money goes to the university, so I'm stuck for awhile. It's not a bad little amp. It makes the coolest little noises. I really want a Sunn head or an Acoustic Control Corp. head. Orange and Matamps are pretty sweet, too. Someday!

  • Guy, who is the bassist in our band, has a ampeg head with two home made cabs that can take up to 1000 watts of power! is a huge stack taller than any of the peopl in the band, hahaha. we call it the Monolith.

yea man i know how that is. I go to school at the Evergreen state college and nearly all my money is drain by that, i still get a lot of help from my parents with it luckily. Orange amps totally rule and Sunn's are a very close second. Keep saving up man

  • actually its andre the giant

  • It's Tad Doyle from TAD.

They did a bunch of touring together back then.

  • @stevi21berlin i thought it was tad...

  • @stevi21berlin - actually thats Tad Doyle's face. It's a TAD t-shirt.

  • @stevi21berlin

nah that's Tad, singer of um, Tad.

  • Comment removed

  • @stevi21berlin true true.

  • AWESOME and I just made the connection that they were really influenced by Jesus Lizard/Scratch Acid/Rapeman/etc.

  • Rapeman was a great band.

  • sure was! big black+scratch acid= fun for the whole family. :]

  • @PieceofMindmusic love big black. Haven't got round to scratch acid, the jesus lizard or rapeman yet x

  • @KurtMcGowan definitely worth checking out. they have plenty of videos of all of those bands on here.

  • Kurt was really tired at this song, but no one cared at that moment, total euphoria!!

  • nice boobs!!!!

  • Kickass.

  • One of the most important bands ever, true fucking energy, inspirational

  • ....well.....this is first nirvana period...if you hear this song on reading 92 it's a different thing....it's sad but it's true...by a "real" fan of nirvana!

  • yea this one is with much more energy and it feels a hell of a lot faster

  • i agree!! well sad 2483

  • u can see they really like to play this music style ...and not that " nevermind stuff "

  • this was before Nevermind, they had no choise, that stuff wasn't written yet.

  • amazing power

  • Cool

  • fucking NIRVANA! Goddamn you could have been bigger than the fucking Beatles!!!!!

  • In my eyes and my generation they are bigger than the beatles

  • I'd agree the biggest band of Gen X but not the Beatles

  • best song ever...

  • what exploded????

  • KURT WHIT GIBSON SG??

  • Its Fender lefthanded ....

  • TAD opened for them at this show too. im sure it was kickass

  • AMazing concert :D

  • yeah mr channing is in the drums grhol comes after in 1990

  • STOOOOnED!!!

  • what guitar is that? the one cobain is using. I like it. looks like an old hagstrom or something.

  • its either a jagurar

    or mustang

    fender

  • its an old hagstrom ... "sponsored" by mudhoney

  • Its an Epiphone ET 270, rare japanese made guitar from the 70's, his playing it upside down

  • who is on the drums? Is it dave?

  • no,1989,it's Chad

  • i am stupid asshole dealwhit it!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the 90´s! Rock!!! Thanks Kurt!

  • this is the 80s

  • Krist is fuckin' beastly

  • que lastima....

  • i believe so i want one really bad

  • is that a fender twin reverb behind him?

  • sure is. looks like a mid 70's

  • It is really hard telling if it is from the 70's, or vintage, or reissure as Kirt regularly liked to trash gear and liked "cheap sounding" equipment. Whatever the year, it was instrumental to his tone!

  • His name is spelled, "Kurt"

  • ah, forgive my lack of proof reading. I actually KNEW that...just didnt care enough, or was too tired to fix the error.

  • ok...

  • acually back then it was spelt "Kurdt"

  • Oh yeah i forgot about that...why did he all of a sudden change his name to Kurdt? He signed papers and everything like that, he hardly ever even spelled his name "Kurt" after that...

  • ruling .

  • nic!!!!!!

  • thats fckn sick

  • their best mosh pit song ever

  • look up loose ground, they are actually very talented, and anyone who has seen any of my comment know i don't praise the unworthy

  • fucking amesome.

  • this rocks!! ain't been a band like them since!!

  • powerfull and energic song!!!

  • ♥

  • sounds like an atomic bomb having an orgasm while raped by a presto log!!! i f**king love it!!!!!

  • During the Bleach area, this song was often asked during shows. I have several bootlegs of early Nirvana Shows and people were asking Negative Creep all the time. This song really rocks.

*Check Loose Ground for some new Rock/Grunge*

  • Nirvana ROCK soo FUCKING HARD

  • mAN generation x alive again...WOW WHAT A GREAT VIDEO FULL OF POWER ENERGY SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE...THIS MUSIK WILL STAY FOR A LIFETIME AND GENERATIONS TO COME...I was in Elementary when this came out I`m now 25!!

  • I stand corrected, it looks more like a twin. I see two white dots when the lights hit the cabinet. Fuck yeah, rock that silverface Kurt.

  • ha, silverface fender was good enough for Mr. Cobain, good enough for me. His looks like a super reverb. I have a 1980 twin and I rock the fuck out of some Nirvana. Peace folks.

  • Daddy little girl is girl no more.

That's the most evil lyric ever

  • fuzz pedals lol

  • hes using an old hagstrom FT-20

  • Noob, it is a guitar!

  • Hagstrom is also a brand of guitar you fuckhead

  • Yes. It is a guitar. What are we arguing about?

  • methinks someone was using your account, or you were stoned/inebraeted(sp?) out of your mind.

  • Stoned Q.o

  • 4/20 is your day to shine, my friend.

  • 8th of march.. 2012.

  • whats the president? what year is it? where can i get what you got?????

  • in yourself... call him.. the black flame.. call him

  • Bleach is soooo much better than Nevermind.

  • I disagree.. Well, i don't know if i disagree, but it's just more mainstream. The Bleach songs are pretty heavy, but Nevermind is more pop/punk

  • The following day they had come to Hungary, november 21...am I right?

  • I think so, 'cause on nov 22 they played in vienna and on nov 23 in graz

  • why are you all talking about guitars, just sit back and enjoy the song.

  • the guitar body on the the guitar is an epiphone ET-270 but since he was always smashing his guitar the would piece them back together with part from other guitars

  • wrongboy is a good name for you... because that's completely wrong.

  • Wow....fuckin awesome poformance.

  • This is by far the most excellent version ive seen!

  • i thought his guitar was a epiphone sg with a replaced neck

thats what all the reviews i read say

  • they're wrong. haha that doesn't even look like an sg.

  • thx a lotfor posting this! i'd never have thought there was a video existing from that tour, on the drums Chad Channings, by the way. 2 days later they played in Vienna in the U4. omg, all that happened more than 18years ago ...

  • I like that the audience there had no idea they were seeing future rock history in the making.

You never know who can make it big in a matter of no time.

  • killer footage bro, thanks for posting

  • what kind of guitar?

  • Its an hagstrom model 3 (hagstrom F-20) with a Fender neck.

  • thanx

do you know where you can get a hagstrom?

    sorry

  • eBay. It costs between $150 & $300.

  • thanks

  • that's not a fender neck. older model hagstroms have fender style necks on them.

  • negative creep

    negative creep

    negative creep I ore

  • lo maximo!!! gracias por el video
