This would be in the final stages before they can release the vaccine world-wide, where they've tested in on cells and other means and concluded that it has no side effects in the absolute majority of people (>99.9%). This is the final test where they ensure it is effective enough in kids.
The weirdest thing about the reaction to this video is that the H1N1 scare sent the world into overdriven panic-mode. But apparently even that was less terrifying that vaccines for some people.
This leads me to believe that anti-vaccinists are very determined.
Vaccines dont actually inject you with the virus, only the dead cells of the virus, making it impossible for you to become a carrier, or sick from the virus itself. Any problems arising from the vaccine are simply your immune system's way of dealing with what it perceives as a threat. And yes, maybe, some people may have a violent reaction, and maybe people have suffered from them, but the number is acceptable given the number of lives these vaccinations save.

I know lots of people who got their kids that "swine flu" shot last year, when the press and the NWO tried their little experiment. I have a question that I am going to ask on every video of this type that I happen to see. Why does everyone laugh and smile when babies and toddlers get shots and are screaming in pain? Out of the blue, I wake up coughing blood this morning, can hardly swallow, armpit lymph nodes are swollen, Ive got a horribly sore throat, herbal tea cant touch it! How'd I get so sick all of a sudden? My HMO Advice Nurse said I prolly picked up a flu bug when I came in for the vaccine or my body is adjusting to the live cultured swine bacteria put in the shots. Actually you should do more research, because getting curcumsized isnt for preventitive medicine! The catholic church is the one that started it. Now its been going on so long parents are led to believe that it is for heath reasons. This is incorrect, Kept clean(which you should teach anyways) is no different than not bieng circumsized. My sons DR. is the one that first told us about this. As with vaccines you have been douped! Leave the mainstream news alone and search for the real answers!

Last time they did this 1976, more people died from the vaccination than from the swine flu. The Vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times, GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.
