She did not have the wig on because she performed this song during the "Miley Cyrus" part of the concert. If you look at the video you will see Hannah is on the video screen so that both of them are on at the same time

She already took it off at this point to do the Miley part of the concert, and it takes a long time to put back on so she performed TBTBW as Miley and had Hannah come up on the screens.

i wanted to go so bad but i couldnt because well they were sold out in 4 minutes thats crazzzzy!! and a girl at my school went and she said it was 3,000 dollars for 2 tickets!!

Yes, but you had to win the passes. There is a pink bus outside the concert arena where they have the contests/raffles. They also give away stuff like signed scripts and other memorabilia.

Not sure, but Miley had "Hannah" come up on the video screens and sing alongside. Probably to play off the theme of the concert since it was the "Best of Both Worlds Tour"
