Thank you Ron for your comment to this song. I think Randy Newman is pretty cool. Yes, this is a sarcastic song and it is only dressed up as a song for children. Sometimes it is easyer to write about experiences of life with a smile on your face. It is one of the lyrics I didn´t want to write in German. That´s why not so many people understand the song :-(

But you did and that means really a lot for me!
