There is no WIFI unblocking service available. Only SIM unlocking, which enables you to use the phone on a different carrier. Some carriers put blockers to some functions or applications on the phones that they offer.

Not SIM blockers. It's just that there are carriers or service providers that would not allow some functions of the phones to be active. Or simply put, they do not support that particular function or application.
