for example the orchestra that played it or the violinist

I'm afraid I got this particular background music using the audioswap feature that youtube offers, and unfortunately they don't provide the orchestra/conductor/violin that performed it. But I can recommend you the best version of Vivaldi's Le Quattro Stagioni that I ever heard and which I own, the one by Il Giardino Armonico with Enrico Onofri on the violin, recorded in 1993. Teldec Classics (Das Alte Werk) published it in 1994, and it's absolutely fantastic.
