Excellent video. I bought the english version of the book in 2002 and built one of these guys. There are some very clever tricks that you used that I have applied to other models since. In particular, the transmission of power for the hind leg lower joint through the hip joint was pretty cool.

Now that is something very difficult to achieve with technic - I tried and failed. However, I did create a fully operational jackpot fruit machine.

Hi Jim i know you because of you'r fame in the Lego robotic community == cool interview, it is also my first time i see AIBO Lego in action. definitly one of the most impressive dual RCX robot out there.

bad? slow? the lego nxt gears are so small its almost unrealistic to see a dog waking fast. I'm very impressed, unless those of you who dislike the bulk and speed can do one better
