Well actually to be most accurate it is Disneyism, not Anime.

The origins of the art style originated from Walt Disney and the Japanese borrowed it, improved on it and created Anime. Anime is just simply Japanese Disneyism. This is Chinese Disneyism.

I don't think there is much to be said against it. Because we all borrow from each other all the time. We are all humans. We are all Chinese. We are all Greeks. Our blood is the same. We are the same race. We just need to be one nation too.

there's nothing as disneyism. animation begins years ago when people started to play with their shadow on the walls. anime didn't borrowed disney style at the beginning, they simply "copied" it and adapted it into another breed of animating style. unlike china, copied another anime title, mash it up, and this is the result.

Yeah, the person kinda neglected this was a co-production. Didn't know that they worked in China though. The more you know. Anyway it doesn't look bad but it's going to take a few more years before the animation starts maturing. They ripped off 5 CM Per Second and called it Soul's Window, haha. And then you see a lot more Chinese names in animation crew credits. Not that this is bad, but, it'll just take time for them to grow in their own sense.
