I had a TDR cleaning machine which worked awesome , but the liquid polish used, would evaporate over 2-3 days so it would work out very expensive, 2 weeks ago i purchased one of these and so far so good.
only use the sandpaper side if the scratches are deep like if your XBOX if moved while your playing the game because the sandpaper takes layers off of the disc. You can really mess up the disc if you use the sandpaper when its not necessary
the sand paper is for deep deep scratches like if you have an xbox and it falls over with a game inside it will be seriously scratched thats what the sandpaper is 4
Umm you can do about 100 repairs or so with the supplies that it comes with,,, the pads dont really last that long but they are about $10-$15 a piece..

@volcom1o2orider with me one four ounce bottle of the solution lasted me about 100-150 discs or so and the pads lasted me about the same, i ordered 2 12 ounce bottles and 2 new pads and the total came out to be about $60 so its pretty expensive, but it works.
@Bylga ya its good, not as AMAZING as i thought it would be but for the price its really good, might have to do a disc 1-2 times but it works good and is worth the price.

You used the wrong side on the first pad that you inserted. The black part is supposed to face up.

is it better to use #1 AND #2 solution on the dvd? I tried one and it fixed SOME discs, but not great. Solution #2 is better than solution #1, right?
