The guy didn't even come close to touching the rim. Bron might've bounced it just slightly too high but the player's hand needs to be at least over the rim in order for the dunk to work at all since he's on a downward path by the time he touches the rim for a dunk like that one. The dunker wasn't even close and since he can't change his elevation trajectory mid-flight and since he was clearly reaching as high as he could to touch the ball, I determine that this was a massive fail.
