They are up there for sure, Norse genes give you mad strength though too but heavy skeletons make them relatively slow. I think Samoans have the best combination of size/explosiveness/strength but not the best in each attribute, also have a relaxed/humble nature that helps their athletic performance. West Africans have the best explosion.

Man I think Polynesians are amazing. I am Spanish myself and I gotta admit that Polynesians are definitely the strongest people. There's a Samoan guy in my weight training class and I'm slightly stronger than him...but that's because I've been training for over 2 years and he's barely starting! He's very strong as a beginner!
