The guy in a gray sweater and curly hair behind him is his youngest son Joshua. He must be very proud of his dad. Rick is such a gentleman, very engaging to his fans. I accidentally saw him in a lobby of a hotel in California at 5AM, I believe he was on his way to the airport and I couldn't help myself but say, Hey Rick I dig you.....He gave me this huge grin and said, I dig you too girl now go back to your room and get some sleep. hahahahah

Yes, it`s Ronnie Grinel aka Bucky. He`s much older than Rick`s son Joshua. I think he`s about 50 years old or something.
