Washington Dems certainly "don't follow what's really happening" in this country or they would realize that Americans WANT improvements in health care -- they just don't want what the Democrats are offering.

Insulting and making degrading remarks about the intelligence of over 50% of the American people who believe in the "We the People" part of the constitution is not going to win votes for the Democrats.
