  • he can still skate better than my 22 yr old ass

  • lol oops

  • I'd like to try roller skating around Bristol Motor Speedway, they should host a special race 'just' for roller skating, i think that would be amazing!

  • Fail

  • "he got loose"

    LOL

  • 67 68 69 so what???he s a senior citizen who drive in the nationwide cup and having a blast to do so.rock on morgan!!!

  • hey you morons. morgan shepperd is still driving at 67 old and so what???he s cool, he s having fun:) if you don t like it, go fuck yourself. long lives morgan shepperd.

  • its wierd seeing an old person roller skate. especially since i can't skate.

  • not too bad for a guy who can't read or write.

  • Dont laugh at that because I have first hand expirence of falling on skates. It hurts lol.

  • ahahahahhahh noob

  • por morgan

  • Faceplant :O

  • i was at dover and he was riding a mountain bike in the parking lot of the applebees off the backstretch and talking on a cell phone. he didnt fall tho.lol

  • were u able to meet him

  • yeah actually. i was working at a vendor tent in that parking lot and i talked to him for about 10-15mins about how his car came to the local gas station and i got to sit in it when i was a kid.(21 citgo car) real nice person and one of the best reputations as well. not a bad thing i can say about that man.

  • oh no we have a wreck in pit lane hes upsidown when he got losse

  • lol wow they made a huge excuse for morgan. they said there was a stone there was no stone! funny how they switched over the camera and then said he picked up the stone. lmao morgan's a great guy in all but that was morgans fault there

  • You can see Morgan leaning over to pick it up as they cut away actually.

  • Morgan got loose and flipped it.

  • sucks that he missed the field at michigan

  • ZOMFG LmAO!!!!!!!!!

  • he shops at advance auto parts where i work in hickory north carolina on springs road he is a great man i got his autograph and a autographed schedule!!!

  • Anyone who looks at what Morgan does and scoffs at it must be miserable person with hopes to drag others down. Morgan has finished top 20 in the past 2 races at Indy and Iowa and he was only 1 lap down... that hardly makes me think he is washed up.

  • I have to say a couple things. 1 you dont drive a race car. You dont race so you dont get it. Racing is so addicting as a driver. It is so hard to leave once your hooked. Look and bill and terry. Tony stewart pays his tire bills and he does have some sponsors. He probably is pretty close to even. I dont think getting top 25s and 20s r embrassing He has done that this year. He is beating john wes towley who is 19 fully funded thanks to his daddy. He has the racing disease it is hard to get rid of

  • Actually I do race, and have for over 10 years. I fully understand the "racing bug" and how it is hard to get rid of. But at some point, you've just go to let it go. And you won't get any argument from me about Townley or Menard or any other talentless driver who is getting by on his daddy's money. It makes me sick, especially when I see talented drivers like Kelly Bires being reduced to start & parking while JWT is out there pounding the wall every lap.

  • Here is a perfect example of my point. I click on the MSN home page today and in the sports section, what do I see? An article titled: "81 year old trying to compete in NASCAR"

What do you think people think when they see that? The laugh their ass off and think, "Oh, well that's NASCAR for you. A bunch of dumb rednecks driving in circles. Even an 81 year old can do it." I'm tired of those stereotypes, and in my opinion, guys like Morgan, Hylton, and McGriff are only perpetuating it.

  • Actually the fact that Morgan insists on driving makes him a true NASCAR driver and hero. And age has nothing to do with it he is still capable of winning...like Mark Martin (although Mark is a bit younger)

  • He got loose on pit road and crashed.

  • lol

  • look at my morgan shepher fall

  • man, he is an awesome guy. Not to mention hes gotten some good finishes this year.

  • Please. Of the 21 drivers that have run all 9 races, the only one Morgan is ahead of in the standings is Danny O'Quinn, by a whopping 6 points. And the 01 is far from a fully funded team. So exactly which fully funded team is he more competitive than? Name ONE. Yeah, that's what I thought. Yet it's ME who doesn't know what he's talking about. Riiiight.

  • You must not be a fan of NASCAR.

  • Yeah he has no funds and your a band wagon. Your probably some loser jimmie johnson or jeff gordon or dale jr fan and doesnt know NASCAR history. Teams like Morgan began NASCAR. You wouldnt know that of coarse because you dont know your history. If you knew you would pull for morgan and other low funded teams. (im not talking about msrp's crap either and cope)

  • I am well aware of his history in NASCAR, and I respect it. That has nothing to do with anything I said. There are plenty of other drivers that have a much, much better legacy than Morgan does. And what did they do when they reached a certain age and knew they couldn't be competitive anymore? They retired, like anybody with any sense would do. I'm talking about him embarrassing himself and the sport by still "competing" when he is 65 or whatever years old. He is not accomplishing anything.

  • Yeah, ok. Sorry, but it's true. When the average person hears about a 65 year old man "racing" in NASCAR, it does nothing but diminish the sport's credibility. People think, "Oh, NASCAR, what a redneck joke of a sport. Even a 65 year old man can drive in circles for 4 hours." He's serving no purpose other than collecting his start & park check after the race. Same with James Hylton. Complete and utter embarrassment. They both need to do everybody a favor and just retire.

  • Apparently you don't watch nascar. Morgan Shepard doesn't start and park and he is a legend to our sport with Many wins. Yes he is far past his prime and can barley drive great. He is doing this out of his own pocket with what he can afford and if he got some more help (gets some from Smoke and Harvick) he could do a lot better. He is doing this for fun and heck he is doing better then 20 cars week in and out with his average finish of 28th. I agree with Hilton and MRSP boys S&P a lot.

  • And still more competitive than many other drivers that are full funding. If you don't know what you're talking about; perhaps *you* should go away.

  • As a driver for his age, he's doing pretty good, but more competitive than many other full funded teams? What the fuck kind of crack are you smoking?

  • Give him the equipment, and he'd be doing pretty good. On the flip side, put one of the pretty boys in the #89 and see him sink directly to the back. Morgan is competitive for what he has. GTFO.

  • Well no fucking shit. But that is entirely beside the point. Saying that he is more competitive than "many" fully funded teams is fucking asinine. A REAL statement would be that Morgan is competitive among the SHIT teams, not the fully funded teams.

  • LMAO, I saw this live and nearly pissed myself! hahaha...

  • You know, you gotta love Morgan Shepherd. He's such a nice guy and one of the great competitors in NASCAR. And while others are away in their motor homes avoiding others, there's good 'ol Morgan skating around pit road. Good for him! I hope he keeps on trying!

  • Glad he didn't have to qualify on time ... :)

  • Shepard sails it down into turn 1, TROUBLE!

  • Oh Morgan lol

  • Where's that debris caution when you need it?

  • Comment removed

  • HEY! Thats my name, haha.

  • LOL

  • ROFL FUCKEN Copter Morgan Shepard FTW!

  • I think you mean...

    hahahaha FTW!

  • lol, Morgan can still do this in his 60's bless him!

  • no words

  • hahahaha

  • FAIL

  • lol
