You should go onto zero one airsoft (just google it) you can buy this sort of gun by G&G, they are really well known and reliable make in the airsoft business, the gun that is very similar and mostly metal is called

G&G Combat Machine AEG GR15 Raider DST, it has a higher FPS, rate of fire and you can get it two toned for free, and it only costs £170, thats like £20 more, just a suggestion.

@jeanymish you need an ris rail to bolt on the underside then you can mount the torch and handgrip if you want it on the side you need a whole new RIS kit and a peq box to hold the battery as it wont fit in a full ris kit.

@Mrmoney127 over in the UK, if you're not (I think it's 17-18), you have to have a 2-tone color like that, only because they're laws are different, but that's how the Law Enforcement there tell it's an airsoft gun. Here in America, it's a federal law to keep the Orange Tip on the gun, only for shipping/purchasing (in store) purposes only, at least for as far as I know for MN. In Canada, you have to have a clear Lower Reciever. Check your laws BEFORE any altering of paint though.

Just for your information, the 'plunger thing' at 1:14 is called a foward assist. On the real M4 is it used to make sure the bolt is properly seated after clearing a jam, it has no function on the airsoft one as far as im aware of. And the 'plug thing' at 4:08 is called a bolt catch, which on the real M4 has nothing to do with dissasembly, it is used to launch the bolt foward when reloading so you dont have to use the charging handle. Its also used to lock the bolt in the rear position.
