Ahh I remember when this game was the shit... was like 2006... Man, nostalgia :( I got stuck on racing the last guy (Savo or somebody or other) in France on that STUPID unordered race! I've been looking for this game to beat him now that I have better reflexes and actually can race, but of course it got lost in some boxes of random junk and it's way too scratched up now :,( Going to see if I can find one at a used game shop or ebay, dust off my PS2 and beat that fucker!
