@PowerstrokeForever Ive had a Ford before. 75,000 miles and both headgaskets shot to hell and back. Btw, I know Toyota isnt the best cause we have a 2001 Sequoia now and it has a Toyota rebuilt transmission in it now.
@PowerstrokeForever Im sorry that you are too far up Ford's pussy to realize that Toyotas are good trucks. BTW, if Toyotas were no good, then why are they used world wide with hundreds and thousands of miles? How many superduties or powerstrokes do you see outside of North America? Thats right, none. People buy Toyotas in some of the most demanding environments like Australia, they dont buy Pieces of shit that will leave them in the middle of the desert with a bad head gasket and egr cooler.
@PowerstrokeForever They did, the superior engine, transmission, axles, differentials, and suspension along with superior body and interior and smarter frame design alows the tundra to do work better. Not many construction crews use them because Construction crews dont know what Reliability, Dependability, and Strength is. Remember for the frame, rigidity is strength. Why do you think sky scrapers are designed to flex? Tundra is the superior truck.
@PowerstrokeForever Quoted from you "Don't know why I said IRS, was meaning GM used independent suspension on the front of their trucks instead of a straight axle." Clearly, you are mentioning General Motors trucks. The grammar you are using makes no sense to some one who is educated. Please stop responding. And if Tacoma was so bad why is it the best selling small truck.
@PowerstrokeForever Did you just say the Tundra and Tacoma have Independent Rear Suspension?!?!? Im sorry, but you are no longer worth the time. The ignorance you just expressed is beyond not doing research before you hate. bahahahahaha, wow you are and idiot.
Theres definately 1 other good thing about the ridgeline. i read on the door sticker at a dealership of a ridgeline, i cant remember off top of my head, but a ridgelines towing capacity is actually pretty high. makes chevy's and fords look bad lol.
@XxKobeBryantxX24 Just cause its rated high doesnt mean it can pull it. I mean, what your looking at here is a Honda Accord. Thats what the suspension, engine, and tranni came out of.
@Motorfordtoyota Actually its the odyssey that the frame came out of, and the engine. the transmisson is from the pilot and it gets a all wheel drive system.... accords dont have all wheel drive. this is no accord. v6 accords have more HP actually. The ridgeline gets the J35Z5 V6 and accords get the J35Z2. simliar block yes, but the ridgeline sis tuned more for torque and keeping it low on the RPM. The suspension is WAY different than an accord, its holding up up 4500 pounds. u FAIL.
The Ridgeline might not be as fast as other trucks, but they sure ride nice. I love mine. I looked at the Nissan and the Toyota and for what I need, they wouldn't of worked half as well.
@redsoxfever100 It allows longer durations of the opening of the Intake and Exhaust valves to let the engine breath better and have more HP over (in this case) around 4-5,000 rpms. It changes the cam profile for from a stock lift to a high lift with a very clever hydrulic lifter.
You'll improve the 0-60 by manually shifting the truck at 6300 RPM...1 (6300)-2(6300)-D(3) I do this quite a bit with my '07 RL when merging onto So Cal freeways...
@2fast4all ummm, I guess. I just say the prerunner is better ssince it starts at about 22 grand over 27 grand. And the Tacoma is the best selling compact truck since 2005. And it is better offroad and on road. I just thing Toyota packaged it better too.
@PowerstrokeForever Why are you so insecure?

@PowerstrokeForever And if Tundra was so bad why is it named J.D. Power & Associates most dependable full sized truck 6 years and a row?

@jeb721 So the "Truck" is based off of a minivan??? Honda needs to stick with ricers and leave trucks to Chevy, Ford, Dodge, and Toyota.
