while i agree marijuana should be legalized, i wouldnt compare it to cigs because smoking a cig and driving or what not isnt terrible, but if you're high and drive it can be as worse as being drunk. i think a better comparison would be alcohol in the fact they aren't really a physical addiction, it isnt great for your body, and they kinda mess with your state of mind for a bit

Some studies actually can actually be inferred to show that weed smokers have a generally healthier body chemistry, and furthermore one actually showed that weed can possibly cause neuroprotectivity to substances like alcohol at certain doses
