What happens if you use paypal?

When the customer clicks the buy now paypal button it takes them to a paypal page where i have no access to to place the tracking code, what do i do in that situation?

after successfull payment you return to a defined page where you have code again

Can you be more specific, you mean it does it automatically after they had made the payment, but I thought you have to create a landing page or something, How would i create one to link it up with paypal and how does paypal direct the customer to the page where the code is placed, would I have to instruct them??

The payment can be successful or not, depending on that you are returned to a web page you set up (payment_success.php or payment_failed.php). From there on you can continue tracking further.
