Wow I haven't seen this since I was a kid. I used to love the sound of the Ivor when he was moving!! Not sure how you'd write that down! Thanks for uploading.

Are there any Ivor lovers out there who happen to have the complete original black and white series copied to DVD and might be willing to help me obtaining a copy of that DVD?

Yep,
The original series, from 1958 or 1959, was in B&W. One of the original stories tells how Ivor got his whistle. Would very much like to see these episodes. These were the originals that I must have seen when I was young.

Ivor always warms me whenever I'm cold in the winter. And that after so many years... I just love this series. Nice to see there is a live replica too nowadays, by the way.
