Yes, money does talk. I won;t condemn Liverpool's failure to qualify for Europe, or to mount a title challenge but the sole reason why United and Chelsea are title and euro contenders is because of money.
I believe that if Liverpool had the financial back up of chelsea then maybe things would be different. Alot of people fail to see this view.
My point is proven when you look at manchester city. They come in to money and all of a sudden they are supposed title contenders, it's unbelievable!
