I hate to say it because the Cavs are an incredible team, but I think Shaq will do for them the same he did for Phoenix..slow them down and base an entire offense around a guy who is past his prime and cant play 2 games back to back. The Suns are having a WAY better season without Shaq. Heck, the Suns didnt even make it to the playoffs let alone win a championship ring like Shaq promised.

Shaq (maybe, its debatable) hurt the Suns O, but theres no O in Cleveland to harm. Mike Browns O still consists of "hey everyone, lets see what LeBron can do!" The problem with Shaq on the Cavs is on D. He can't handle the high pick and roll anymore. Z can't either. The Cavs are a defense first team so I don't see it playing out well in a conference with two great pick and roll guys in Garnett and Howard.

not true at all. Our offense is way better then past years just by simply getting out on the break. It's funny cause just this last game agains PHX our Bench player (Z) lead the team in scoring with only 14pts and we still handed it to PHX by double digits. Lebron only had 10pts...I'd say thats more then just "hey everyone lets see what Lebron can do" Also see Dallas Mavericks highlights of a "TEAM" win. This team is much different then past years on offense. Way more ball movement!

The Suns were playing he 2nd of back to backs and had played something like 4 games in 7 days or something like that. I wouldn't read too much into it. The same thing you're saying now was said last year about the Cavs. They're a team that needs to run up a lead before half time and can't play from behind when it matters. Close game in the 4th, they go right back to the stand around LeBron game. There is no way in hell I see them winning a championship with Mike Brown as their head coach.

They run on every opportunity and if they don't get a good look on the break they give it to shaq who usually gets a double team and they work from there. The Suns tried being a defensive team last year and it was a diaster. Shaq took a lot of the blame, but Porter deserved it. After Gentry took over and they returned to an up tempo style, the started winning again. Stoudemire's injury ultimately killed them though. Duncan doesn't hit that back breaking 3 the year before, they go to the finals. The Suns problems were not Shaqs fault. Chemistry wise and behind the scenes may have been a different story. Shaqs now left 4 teams on acrimonious terms.
