i want to respond to this video in regards to the issue this person is having. the hard drive went into a busy state which can not be recovered unless special tools are used. this is because seagate's manufacturing were flawed. my coworker had this issue and he doesn't have a drobo nas.
@Decebal825 As oeginc recommended, if you log in using the generic "Admin" account, you can get to Advanced controls (now with the latest software at least).
@oeginc I had the username I was using configured as "Administrator", which should have worked. I have since started using the generic "Admin" login that is provided by the software, and that seems to be working, but the Dashboard has been patched so I can't be sure which fixed it.

@oeginc Found the solution to the "Advanced Controls" problem - you need to be logged in as Administrator. 8)
