  • 3rd world country and 1st world country are seriouly something so different. I admire Madonna on adopting 2 kids from there and helping that country on their girls education. I haven't seen her documentary, I bet it's good.

  • I'm a real fan ,,,, when I hear her name : Madonna ,, it's like te most beautiful word to me

  • She looks good, but I feel sorry for her, how exhosting must be the constant strugle of the look. Sick american crap.

  • SHE LOOKS 22 ! I am her biggest fan on Earth !

  • @upendwar Oh dear I am her biggest fan on this universe :D

  • MADONNA U ROCK!

  • Her face looks very strange here.

  • hmmm looking a wee bit puffy arent we. qnd the whole africa thing has been done before

  • Why don't celebrities ever give to the poor of their own country? I am not saying what she is doing isn't good but I know terrible things happening here because of poverty.

  • most FAMOUS, stunning woman on earth!!!!

  • The most famous person on the planet.

  • @FrameCatcher04

I think Oprah is more famous.

  • @IPTBAGM there are many people outside the US who have no idea who Oprah is. But plenty of people who can recognize Madonna and her image.

  • ugh, not you too madonna. she looks like a botox poster

  • WHO THE HELL DISLIKED????

  • ooooooooo menapause is hitting, she's puffy and tilted lol.

  • madonna has always been out to help people. remember.. she knows how it feels to be broke. I don't think she ever took anything for granted.

  • what madonna did (in that case) is great !

more power to you love you madonna !

  • I love how people speculate on what really happens behinds her closed doors. Why can't you give her the benefit of the doubt? I guess people love the gossip eh?

  • i just miss her real face...

like in the movie here.not the interview...

it wasn`t like there was a problem...why did she do the plastic...

like she killed madonna...now we have this unknown woman...

  • @erwcat i know what you mean but if you look at recent pictures i think she's slowly but surely morphing back into the woman we all love. i was so pissed when i saw what she did to herself because she didnt need work done. i think it was just the media calling her old that got to her and maybe she's coming to her senses

  • omg what kind of hair had she got? :D

  • i think what madonna is doing is wonderful, HOWEVER... i completely disagree that any adopting "parent" allow themselves to be called mum/dad by their adoptive child. "Mother" and "father" is a privilege and right only to the parent, whether theyre are good or bad parents. If you choose to adopt, you should just look after them as your own but don't claim them as yours!

  • @2006kcl so wrong what you are saying, a father and a mother is the person who treats you as their son/daughter. The person who loves you more than anything, that shows you the right path, that helps you build a good life, that will always be there for you no matter what. Fuck somebody and get a baby doesn't make you father/mother, that's just the 0,0000001% of it. You should really change your point of view cause THAT is completly wrong.

  • @bcapo3 i disagree with only part of what you're saying.but if it's not your child, dont claim it as yours. when you hide that fact from a child, and then they grow up, and you tell them were adopted, most adopted ppl go searching for their real parents... look at that before you delude yourself. even the adopted child doesnt feel whole anymore. the adoptive parent is a wonderful person, yes, but that doesnt change the fact that they and the child do not share the same dna.

  • @bcapo3 in madonna's case, lil david will obviously know he was adopted, and guess what, i'm sure he'll go looking for his real family when he's older. what i do agree with what you said is that just coz u have a child does not make u a good parent. no, father and mother come with responsbility, and if those responsibilities are fullfilled then you are a "good" father/mother, but if you are a bad parent, you are still father/mother..just not a good one. that's the reality.

  • @bcapo3 i'm not saying people shouldnt adopt, but i'm saying it's wrong to hide the child's real identity and background - that's just evil. it explains why adoptive kids usually always go looking for their real parents so it just shows. loving a child you've adoptive does not mean you have to delude yourself and make urself feel better by making that child call you "mum" or "dad" - that's the adopting parents being selfish and just trying to make themselves feel better.

  • @bcapo3 and dont get so upset. what i said isn't wrong just coz YOU diasgree with it. a lot of people would agree with my philosophy, although i do agree with PART of what you're saying. you also need to consider why people give up their children for adoption etc. do't be so judgemental.

  • @2006kcl Umm, when you take custody of a child, that IS your child and you are entitled to all of the rights and privileges that goes with it. If your child is legally adopted, you ARE the parent and deserve the title mom/dad and reversely, if you relinquish that child, you don't have that right. if you meet the child later in life and they choose to bestow that honor upon you, great, but until then, the people that love, raise, and nuture that child ARE mom/dad.

  • @MaryTheresa1986 each to their own.

  • is this madonna post-new-cheeks op?

  • I like her music but I'm disagree with the idea that she is humanitarian because she uses Fur, animal fur. Where's the humanity? Is a pity....

  • @4Pitufina she hasnt used it since 2007, bcs she signed a deal with live earth, and since she doesnt wear it only fake, and travels commercial when she is not on tour

  • @mediasansnom "I hope she follows through"

  • @4Pitufina i hope so too,

  • @4Pitufina Oh fuck off. Helping orphan children is a bit more important than making sure you don't buy the occasional fur coat.

  • @PDC1987 Humanity is more than helping children... Is respect the life too...

  • @4Pitufina Get over it.

  • @PDC1987 This is the way I think.

    Fin de la conversación.

  • Madonna is awesome

  • I think she should raise the kid IN Africa.

  • I love her like forever, she's the best!!!!!!

  • She was 51 in this interview.

    She looks hot

  • now.. go and watch any onterview with a.jolie , in my opinion i can see how [ in body language and way of speaking] one is coping annother one..

  • I love you Madonna!!!!!

  • Thanbk you so much Pera :-)

    I'll remember eheh

  • Why is it that black celebrities do not adopt any kids like the white celebrities?

  • @boyjam40 because black people don't feel sorry for white people like white people do for black people. They also don't have any guilt or desire to portray themselves as humanitarians, wich is the reason behind Madonna's and Angelina's adoptions. You wanna know a TRUE HUMANITARIAN?? check Sharon Stone out. He adopted KIDS, because they were orphans, and in the most sincere and private manner, she doesn't need to adopt black kids and make a media maelstrom out of it to prove anything.

  • @LaSerpentaCanta oh get the hell over it. she didn't adopt a kid because he was black. She adopted from there because of the horrible situation she found the orphans in.

  • ...Because as long as media continually regurgitates this message to the people of Africa, we will always think this of ourselves and in turn we will always remain the so-called 'dark continent'

  • I adore Madonna. I like the work she is doing, I think it's highly notable. What I don't like, is the way this insert has been put together. The script reeks of patronisation. I live in Africa and, quite frankly, I'm g_d damn tired of hearing people referring to this continent as one of merely dread, disease and impoverishment. There is far more to it. I'd like to see content that has a more intelligent approach and a 360 view of a situation, please! ...

  • "People always ask me why I chose Malawi?

I tell them I didn't, it chose me"

    She's so wonderful! Love her<3

  • "People always ask me why I chose Malawi?

I tell them I didn't, it chose me"

    She's so wonderful! Love her<3

  • yea yea we all know madonna is a bitch. even though she does have somewhat of a bitchy personality, i know that she believes everyone (including herself) is human and equal. she truly cares about those who are less fortunate. she really is the queen.

  • I'm kind of iffy on Madonna sometimes but she's human like the rest of us. And even though I usually call her the ballsy bitch, which I mean in a good way, she unlike a lot of celebrities is using her celebrity to change and fix a true problem in the world. That's something more celebrities should do. Stop just giving to charities and actually start creating a better place. Madonna is also one of a few who realize that having something done right is on account of whether you step in or not.

  • Its those stupid puffy ass cheeks she got. Why did she ever get that done!? She didnt need it!!!!

  • Madonna is a great humanitarian. She truly does give a damn about something other than herself unlike most pop and movie stars.

I am not a huge fan of her music but that's just my personal taste. We need more people like her in this world.

  • Well done Madonna

  • @namedlorenna ..I agree with you!!

  • I think Madonna looks beautiful in this interview!

  • Her money is her best asset.

The cockroach wordage was used by Cher years ago.

  • madonna looks terrible here

  • "Semtex" films? Semtex is a military plastic explosive.

  • if i look as good as her @ 50 i'll be very happy ... shes only human

  • she looks awful in this interview

  • I can't believe what I have just read right here. The whole interview is about helping people and you folks are worried about her face and plastic surgery! That's said, when people cannot find good reasons to criticize her work, they appeal to her appearence.

  • @garyguy80 exactly but i must say whatever she is doing now she looks way better she looks the best she has in years i love the way she layed the first brick of the school was so happy to see that

  • "It chose me" -how Calvinist!

I think she's had plenty of Botox, but she could use a rhytidectomy and blepharoplasty on her right eyelid.

  • @rockonmadonna

    ur right! I hate that

  • She is good pearson

  • I wish she didnt get any surgery on her face. Not for any reason that I think it is bad, but I wouldve liked to see what she looked like with age. Personally, I think she would have aged gracefully. Concerned that if she starts with surgery, she will continue on and on. Dolly Parton did the same, and she is starting to look kinda scarey. Dolly would make such a cute old lady-especially with her cute voice.

I wish more people in America welcomed age and celebrated it...

  • i agree with u but i dont really think you can just age normally if you are in showbiz - i cant think of any woman in showbiz who hasnt had plastic surgery early on and/or later on in her career.. if women dont do it, they will quickly lose out. maybe some actresses can afford to complete age naturally, but certainly most, or rather all women who are entertainers cant. and if its not by means of surgery, such women will use other tricks to make themselves appear more youthful, e.g wigs etc

  • @7plus77 - I know, its sad. To keep their job, they feel they have to go under the knife.

Maybe its not so bad if they have the money to do it and their surgeon is good at what he does. However, I have seen some of the pics of surgeries gone wrong...some so horrible that, to me, normal aging isnt a bad thing.

  • i know wat u mean.. sometimes i feel like 'thats not madonna'... she looks so different... but i suppose its whether it makes her happy or not. xx

  • i also think she might have done this interview after the surgery.. post-swelling phase.. coz she looks alittle swollen still.. she's not that puffy now. xxx

  • shes the ultimate milf for any young man

  • who cares about her facial surgeries?? she's still an amazing person

  • aiiii re desfigurada !!

  • God bless her heart

  • she's really nice to african children... especially when there are photographers around -_-'

  • Her face lift is starting to look less obvious. Her cheeks were so puffy when she first had the surgery.

  • definately but she did something to her upper lip and it looks kinda funny, like she got punched or something.

  • @80jellybean, what a lunatic you are.

  • @sooniemix

I like you :) (for the comment)

    And love you Madonna =D

  • @80Jellybean o please she looks great.. she looks 40

  • I consider as real heroes, those unknown persons who sacrify their lives day by day, working on those violent places to take health, peace and love to sick people. It is positive what Madonna is doing with her money now, but I think it is too much to say she's the best who does it. She's just too rich and finally realized world has persons always richer and unfortunately others sick, poor and forgotten.

  • it's interesting how all of the comments are about madonna rather than the issues they are talking about....makes you think maybe the video and the purpose of this is to promote HER.

  • uhmEinsam heute wer ist bereit für bisl tel labern oda chat

  • A True Humanitarian...

    A Classy Lady ...

    A Queen...

    A Real Goddess...

    Queen Madonna... We Luv U!

  • Best woman in the world

  • @tomasduda1979 what? this is crazy

  • @Catherine8raw why?

  • Well, put it this way, I am recovering from lymes disease, and my Mum, my family were there for me, and its my Mum thats the best woman in the world. You'll have to think, if anything happend to you, who would be there for you, Madonna, in your dreams! No, the best woman in the world are those you really love, and those that really love you back. I am sure that Madona doesn't care for you as much as do her. So it pisses me of that you put her so high on your list, you do not even know her!

  • @Catherine8raw Of course, I really love my mother, she's gave me life and all care, but Madonna is admirable person who take care of people who really need her help. She's the Icon, Idol and she trying to make a better place in this rotten world. You can't compare mother and Madonna, It's not the same

  • Yes, but this still doesn't make Madonna the best woman in the world. Diana the princess was lovely too. I really feel that one should not put a 'best' on someone. It is better to say Madonna is an admirable person, i would agree. There are lots of people doing good in this world, and so many focus on all the disasters. I have alot to moan about myself, I think doctors cause alot of suffering coz their useless, but so many in our hearts want to make a good world, some just don't know how too.

  • @Catherine8raw that's true, but Madonna is the best woman in the world for me and yes she is admirable person and many other people like you said. I choose Madonna and I consider her "the best"... someone can agree, someone can disagree. I admire many people but Madonna is the top for me

  • Well I agree with you totally. If Madonna is the best woman in the world for you, well, I would agree, because you confirmed this! It is not true for me and others. Have a nice day Tom.

  • @Catherine8raw Thx. btw, what do you thing about my english, because I'm not from English speaking country. If I made some mistakes, let me know pls.

  • I thought your english was perfect upto now, haha! You just said what do you thing about my english, I knew you meant think. It would of been better english to say, because I am not from a English speaking country. I will give you 5 stars!

    : )

  • You're an inspiration M. Not only cause you help the less fortunate, also cause you keep going no matter what anyone else says. Just let them talk and keep going, like you've always done. Love always!!

  • AMAZING Lady

  • SHE HAS GOT NOW a place in heaven
