Somebody explain the foot plant to me is it like cutting?

they made it so when the foot touches the floor ur character moves in madden 08 ur character's legs move to fast but movement is slow

no u want a ps3. xboxs overheat and always sound like they're broken, its a bitch to use the dpad because itl go to the sides when ure trying to go up and down, and the analog sticks are too touchy.
