@Happycrystal7 when you upload your video, you should change the name to, for example, whatever.AVI. Make sure u put AVI!

@happycrystal7 Download a video converter.. Make sure your file is a .avi video. If not, Wax doesnt support it.

Thanks so much, I was looking for a way to use green screen on my claymations and this freeware and your tutorial helped a lot. For anyone having problems, make sure you have an evenly lit background and separately lit subject. Also set Wax to a very high resolution.
