How could Jimmy have been the "New Kid on the Block" if he and Ricky had known each other in NPT Jr. High and been on the football and wrestling teams together? Maybe they needed to be reacquainted if Jimmy had been in jail for eight months.
It is irrelevant if he is full of B.S Albertquinones ,, Mr Troiano is the person being interviewed for this documentary. Seems that you are also starved for attention yourself..Pop a Valium and settle down and just thank yourself that you were not the victim in that shallow grave. BTW, he apologizes at the end, does that have any constellation to reflect upon? move on with your life. that is if you are who you say you are. (((d -_- b)))
You an Albert should go back to Grammar school. Both of you have some genetic predispositions going on. You should not have the privilege of being exposed to a keyboard if the THC Levels in you dictate your inability to spell / sentence structures. I could care less if he is correct or not, You and Alberto Missed to boat years ago.
Lay off the PCP, kids. Actually, shit... kids these days have no clue whats going on. PCP might help them. Though LSD is probably better for the mind.
I think that because Jimmy's life was full of turmoil before ever meeting Ricky has caused bitterness in his heart. He has to live with his actions that he may or may not have had control over for the rest of his life. I have read somewhere that he has had failed marriages and many hardships...it's sad that his life was so messed up and that he was not strong enough to stay away from Ricky and drugs and bad decisions
I have read the book at least 6-7 times throughout the years...I have to say that I believe Jimmy does feel guilt for what happened. You have to remember he was high when the crime happened. I would assume the life he has had to live since the murder of Gary has been hell on earth. I think his "matter of fact" interaction in this video is due to what he has had to live with. My heart goes out all of the families involved. I have often wondered what became of everyone like...Jimmy, Albert
I can't believe how cold this ass is. "Hope you said your prayers before you hung up. Whatever." You can tell just by looking at him that he's just a cold mother fucker who doesn't give a shit about anyone or anything.
I don't know this person specifically but many people who have done long terms in prison have a very cold facade about them but I've also found that in the night; in the quiet they really do feel things a lot deeper than most people will ever know. I think you just have to understand that world a little bit to understand the coldness that you perceive. I don't care if you go in for stealing a postage stamp this is how they come out for sure.
I do know he was acquitted of this but he spent several stints being incarcerated prior to this incident...that's really hard on young people and it does deaden them and unfortunately instead of correcting problems it exacerbates them. It's unfortunate that we don't do better with incarcerations in this country because those guys do get out and they come out here and sometimes the numbed man can do mind spinning things
jail did not make jmmy this way, he was messed up in elementary school, so was ricky. the only problem with the judicial system is they sometimes have to let them out
okay if anyone here was even ALIVE when this happened you'd remember that the defence hung on the fact that 1)his testimony was influnced by the cops and they put him in shots of the crime site to implicate him (they admited this) while he was still high and 2) he was ingesting massive amounts of acid, mescalin and angle dust while the whole thing went on so he wasn't a reliable witness
say it say it .... say you love SATAN!!!! no dude i love my mom lol this murder is facinating because everyone involved didnt even goto jail. how do u hold a victim down admit it and not get convicted? lol growing up in ronkonkoma i was 14 and seemed everyone was into satan it was like the in thing the fact that kasso selfpwned well never know what happened that night
...fucking pathetic...so of you people have lost all touch with reality just like Kasso...but that doesn't make you or him cool or heroic...it just makes you pathetic...it's assholes like these that made it so easy to convict the west memphis three
I went to Northport Junior High with these guys. Both of them had those crazy eyes and a way about them that made you believe they'd kick your ass for no reason at all. I was walking down the hall at school one day, Troiano was coming down the hall toward me, and out of the blue he kneed me in the balls! He didn't know me, we'd never spoken a word to each other...I think it just occurred to him that it was something he could do at that moment, so he did it. I knew Gary and Albert, too in J.H..
Man, that's insane that you knew them. I'm 34 years old now, and was about 10 when this went down, and I think 13 when I first read the book. I just read it again, for the first time in about 15 years or so. It's amazing how different a story can seem when you're older. I don't know if it's the writing, or the stoy, but I love the book. Sad tale though.
i also went to school wth all those guys, ricky and jimmy were always just freaks, gary was harmless, couldnt trust him to hold your stash but harmless nonetheless,RIP Gary. ricky's death was no loss to the world,he took the pu**y way out. he never was much of a man. and jimmy? well his demise wll also never be mourned either
