After a run-up or barriers or hopping a log or whatever, put the bike on the ground and run on its left, with both hands on the handlebars. I usually place my hands wide on the tops, where the bars curve. Jump off your left foot and swing your right leg over the saddle, landing on the inside of your right thigh, then slide into position. get your feet clipped back in and you're off.
Final tip: before dismounting, change into the gear you'll need when you remount!
