I like Julian. Sean's good too though. He's very creative. I got into his stuff for a little bit but when it comes to who has better talent, like say singing ability, Julian wins and Sean has even said that he's a much better sing than him. Love this song

I think unlike Sean, Julian has natural talent like his father did. When I listen to Sean he just seems kind of forced. Believe me I can sit and listen to Julian for hours but Sean after a few minutes I'm done.I agree too that Julian doesn't get enough credit yeah he sounds like his dad but John was his dad duh he's gonna sound like him it's just sad that John didn't have more of relationship with him.

I don't associate Julian with John other than I obviously know they are father and son. Julian was built to sound like his father on the first two albums but later found his own unique singing style. I like all his albums but he really started to become himself on Help Yourself and on my absolute desert disc the beautiful Photograph Smile. On these last two albums he sounds very different from his dad and that is why they are so good. Julian is his own man.

I have always wondered why some John fans hate Julian so much too. I don't get it either. It kills me everytime they say "he's doing it on purpose" like it's inconceiveable to them that he has these similarties genitcally. I think the reason is because Julian has the balls to speak the truth about his father, it's not all pretty and the fans can't deal with that. The kicker being John's honestly is the thing fans point out why they liked him so much, yet they crucify Julian for the same thing.

I saw him perform this 20 yrs ago at the Chestnut Caberet in Philly.

Mr Jordan to me is his best to date, although I can't wait for his new stuff.

He is truly an exceptional human being and talent...people have no idea what they are missing.

Agree!! I post it and post it!! Never get tired of hearing Julian & his talent for singing & writing. Great addition to the world. I just wish he was out there more & people could hear what they are missing. Maybe with this new release in Spring of 2010 they can play songs on the radio here in the US. It's weird, he looks so much like his dad alot of the time and oddly enough I never really thought of his dad as being sexy. Very attractive and talented, but never really sexy in my book (Paul McCartney's my Beatle fantasy). But just the way Julian carries himself and how he's not even aware of how hot he is makes him sexy to me. He was one of my early rock star crushes next to the guys in Duran Duran (namely Nick Rhodes and John Taylor). Everytime "Valotte" would come on, I'd swoon.

Because he is living in his fathers shadow. If you watch certain interviews, people are always talking about his father to him. And it has to be very hard on him to deal with the abandonement and then death of his father John Lennon. But yes, he is great! I wish he would put more music out.

You're entitled to your own opinion, of course. But I love "Now You're In Heaven"! Actually, he released 1 more album w/ Atlantic & then faught to get out of his contract. He released an album under his own label in 1998 called "Photograph Smile" & is working on a new album now. There are early mixes of some of those new songs on his MySpace page to listen to. :)
