  • Above it says it was on Wake Island. Great photos of the Perlatus! I love the ones showing them on the pine tree! so many refuse to believe pine is not safe for hermit. This actually shows then living among pine trees.   • This is a beautiful video. I love seeing hermit crabs doing what they normally do in the wild. Also i love owning them too. But Thank you for not disturbing then and trying to kill them :)

  • I wonder if they discovered the area individually or like ants - one reports back and the rest follow. Straws! The little one in the group 1:30 - real cool stuff. (A "51" on the shell at 2:30 - Just decoration or someone keeping track of shells...)
