Lot of improvements. I think this is the best video from you guys. Miss the spots very much especially the rooftop! Lagipun still tak land cat leap yg Pijoe buat tu! Still ade beberapa drops' landing yg tak betul sket.Tak elok utk lutut... Ajam nye drops ok, Tangan depan lutut... transfer of force. Tapi byk yg sepatutnye landing ngan roll. Bukan ape, kita nak train Parkour ni lame. Yang baru2, start ngan conditioning dulu. Overall thumbs up, 5 star! Nouvener Parkour, woohoo!!!

Tak conditioning, tak warm up.. tapi nak drop2 camtu tak kiok la kaki tu.... muda2 tak rasa la... percaya lah... been there, done that!
